1. Acceptance of terms

By using Tiktokeriai.lt ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of the service

The Site is an independent statistics portal that tracks and displays publicly available information about Lithuanian TikTok creators' live streams — viewer counts, gifts, followers, and related statistics.

The Site is not affiliated with TikTok, ByteDance Ltd., or their partners. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. User accounts

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering.
• Not share your account login details with third parties.
• Not use the Site for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to its intended use.

4. Intellectual property

The Site's design, code, branding, and original content belong to the Site's operator. TikTok creators' names, profile photos, and other content belong to the respective creators or to TikTok/ByteDance Ltd.

Copying, scraping, or otherwise extracting the Site's database or parts thereof for commercial or other purposes without prior written consent is prohibited.

5. Third-party content

The Site displays information about third parties (TikTok creators). In this respect:

• We are not responsible for creators' conduct, content, or actions during their streams.
• We are not responsible for the TikTok platform's operation, availability, or changes.
• Links to TikTok or other third parties are provided for informational purposes.

6. Accuracy of statistics

Statistics shown on the Site (including estimated gift/diamond values in EUR) are approximate, compiled from publicly available information, and calculated using publicly known rates and methodology. This is not official TikTok data. We provide no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data.

7. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is", without any warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the Site or reliance on information presented on it.

8. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice if these terms are violated.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. We will announce significant changes on this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania, unless the parties agree otherwise.
